DREAMLANE DECOR  Delivery Service Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms governing the purchase of a DREAMLANE DECOR Delivery Service for the Product purchased from Dreamlane Decor.

 Delivery Location:

  1. The delivery will occur at the location specified by the Customer in the delivery instructions, ideally in the designated room for assembly.
  2. In buildings with elevators, the Customer should ensure necessary approvals for transporting items in the elevator.
  3. For buildings without elevators, delivery will be made up to the 4th floor, or to the building security/reception for customer collection.
  4. In case we have to deliver via stairs for greater than 4 floors, and additional charge will be levied.

 Access and Space:

   – The Customer must ensure adequate access and space for a successful delivery. If delivery is to a location above ground level, access via staircase or lift must be available.

 Delivery Timing:

  1. The delivery will take place within the selected time window specified by the Customer at the time of purchase.
  2. The Sales Manager will contact the Customer one hour prior to delivery when the vehicle is en route. The Delivery Team will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes if the Customer is unavailable.

Alternative Delivery Location:

   – If the Delivery Team can’t access the room of choice, the Customer may suggest an accessible alternative at the same address. If the Team deems the room unsuitable, they will inform the Customer.

 Additional Delivery Charge:

   – If specified delivery location is inaccessible due to premises nature, limited access, or unavailability to accept delivery, an additional charge (equal to regular delivery cost) will apply. Payment should be made at the DREAMLANE DECOR prior to delivery.

 

Checking and Reporting:

  1. Upon delivery, the Customer (or representative) must verify packaging condition and item count.
  2. Any discrepancies must be immediately reported to the delivery team, noted, and signed on the proof of delivery. Missing or damaged items will be promptly replaced at no cost, subject to stock availability.

 Confirmation of Delivery:

   – The Customer (or representative) must sign for the goods as confirmation of receipt. Refusal to sign will be considered as a refusal of delivery, resulting in the items being returned to the store. Redelivery can be arranged upon customer request, with an additional charge if no valid reason for refusal is provided.

  Personal Data Usage:

   – DREAMLANE DECOR will only use personal data for purposes directly related to the successful completion of the delivery, and not for marketing purposes.
